Dropped in for breakfast buffet having just arrived from the cross channel ferry on a Sat morning. Breakfast items were fresh, tasty and a mixture of cold and cooked items. Decent quality coffee beans. Staff were super friendly and informal and fed us very well. Lady Improvised to make my son a very excellent hot chocolate. I would like to return to stay here. Great location close to the Stena ferry terminal and nearby to e-car charging points and shops. Hotel has lots of charm and history.

Amazing staff and location, the rooms are super nice too! And do not get me started on the food. The food (dinner) is made with love and you can taste it for real. I have made it my thing to try at least 3 things from the menu and I never get dissapointed, Holy wow it is good. The staff is also super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about what they are serving. 10 stars out of 5 possible. Stay here, if not for the amazing Hoek van Holland itself, just stay here for this Hotel.

The restaurant is amazing, one of the best food experiences available in the entire area. The fish soup and the ribs are extra special as they are extremely tasty. The staff is also lovely and no need is left uncovered.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The resteraunt is superb, tried the ribs and burgers, and I wish we were staying longer.

I have known about this little gem of a hotel, but the first time I have stayed. Comfortable Beds, Good Breakfast and lovely staff. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel, clean, well kept with good access. The staff are excellent - kind, friendly and very helpful - excellent facilities. Coffee machine as well as kettle! The breakfast was fantastic too. Will definitely go back.

The room was pretty spacious and the bed was on a mezzanine floor - very comfortable. There was a large screen TV in the main area with some English Speaking channels available. A smaller TV was positioned on a hinging wall bracket near the foot of the bed. There was tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge for milk and some complimentary bottled water. The shower room was a generous size and a timer operated towel heater available as well.

Send a request regarding a room for two extra children in the room. Never received a proper reply on time. I send a mail after a few days stating that I haven't received feedback so I take it that the reservation is not successful. This implies we don't agree with the room because we are 4 instead of two people. Never looked at mails again as I am under the impression that the booking was not successful and I never replied or sent more mails. Received numerous mails and 'threats' on increasing the payment if I do not pay the room I never used/booked because I didn't cancel on time....yes I did email 4 days prior to the arrival date. Very bad communication and service.
